2. This device resolves the short-circuit issue by trimming both positive and negative electrodes of the polymer’s built-in battery
simultaneously.
3. It is used for cutting and testing the length of positive and negative electrode tabs before welding the protection board for polymer internal batteries
(including mobile phone batteries, power banks, power batteries, etc.)

4. The device features a voltage internal resistance test function for installed battery cells. Ifthe measured value falls within the preset range, the device
will cut the battery; otherwise, it will not.
